Student Work Exchange: Get 40% off your registration fee
Formerly known as Student Assistantships, SNAG will once again be offering this popular opportunity for students. The Student Work Exchange enables 25 students to work for six hours during the conference in return for 40% off their $255 registration fee, given in the form of a refund. Students must be a SNAG member. All refunds are made after the conference.

Sign-up information for both the Student Work Exchange and the New Professionals Conference Work Exchange will be sent out in the fall, via email announcement and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. You must complete regular registration for the conference even if you respond to the announcement. You will receive an email confirming your participation. All refunds are made after the conference. Once available positions are filled, we will have a limited wait list.
Work done in exchange will vary, but may include things such as checking for badges at the entrances to lectures, assisting with conference registration, exhibition crawls, or assisting others at various conference events. Work is often done when lectures and other programs are not running.
