Twenty-five SNAG student members who work at the annual SNAG Conference for 6 hours will each receive a 50% conference registration refund. The waiver will be given in the form of a refund once the work has been completed.
How do I sign up?
Watch for announcements through SNAGnet and emails in
early 2009 with details on how to sign up. The Student
Assistantships will be given on a first come, first served
basis; so be one of the first 25 student members to
respond. A waiting list will be also be kept.
How will I know if I am accepted?
You will receive an email confirming your participation.
What do the jobs include?
Jobs may include helping with conference registration,
checking badges, operating lights during presentations, serving
as a runner in the vendor room, stocking the free literature
table, or assisting with the auction. While most jobs do not
conflict with presentations, every effort will be made to
ensure that you will be able to attend most of the
presentations.
