Kaytria Stauffer

Kaytria Stauffer, SHRM-CP, holds a B.F.A. in Metals & Jewelry and Painting from Arcadia University. In 2022, she launched her brand which includes wearable jewelry and homegoods inspired by botanical motifs. She serves as the Chief Operations Officer at A Step Up Academy, a preschool through twelfth grade school for autistic children and adolescents. She has ten years of nonprofit leadership experience which provides a diverse background in nonprofit start-up and development, sound financial stewardship and growth, strategic initiatives, and a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion practice and advocacy. She is a certified human resources professional and uses her national platform to advocate for individuals with special needs in the workplace. Her deep passion for metalsmithing and the arts and position in the nonprofit sector makes her excited for the opportunity to lend her unique skill set to the furtherance of SNAG’s mission and vision.
