Olivia Shih (@oliviashihdesigns) is a contemporary jeweler, artist, and writer based in Oakland, California. Born in the US to immigrant parents and raised in Taiwan, she is an avid observer of human behavior and nuances. She holds a creative writing degree from Columbia University and a jewelry and metal arts degree from the California College of the Arts (CCA). In addition to running her fine jewelry business, Olivia is an adjunct professor at CCA, the Assistant Editor at Metalsmith magazine, and a freelance writer at Art Jewelry Forum.
