Navah Langmeyer
These earrings were inspired by the British coast and my reaction to the landscape, the colors and shapes of the water and the world it contains, and the bubbles created by my own breath and movement. Starting with stones I collect on the shore, I meditate on what I want to convey related to that particular location Both symmetric and asymmetric, the earrings incorporate movement and texture to reflect light and color in a dynamic, eye-catching way.
Materials: enamel, copper, glass beads, aluminum, silver, found sea stones
Dimensions: 2 3/4’’ L x 1 1/4’’ W (each earring, dangle length)
