Linked was created and inspired by my dog, Link. I wanted to create a piece that embraced his shedding and the act of his hair being stuck on everything, including myself. The process behind this work started with constantly seeing, feeling, and picking off his hair from my home, my clothing, and myself. His hair is always stuck on me, through this he is always with me wherever I go. I was inspired to create a work that continued this act of leaving pieces of Link everywhere.
