Reflected Bodies is a collection of brooches and necklaces that reference shared elements and patterns found in nature and the human body. Through careful observation, we can see ourselves reflected physically, psychologically, and emotionally in the natural world.
I combine pierced silver elements of magnified views of skin, internal systems, and organs with photographic images of nature. These elements are composed in a way to suggest rather than describe our interrelationship with nature.
