The inspiration for this piece was a trip to the ‘Giant’s Causeway’ in the North of Ireland last summer. I was blown away not only by the vast scale of the site but also the naturally-formed recurring geometric shape of the rocks. I have an ongoing love of asymmetric geometry and wanted to create a collection based on a repeated shape on varying scales. This cuff was the start point to the other pieces in a one-off collection.
Materials: Recycled sterling silver sheet and recycled sterling silver square wire
