The Silver Coral Pendant is a piece created through lost wax casting. My source of inspiration was a coral collected from a vintage shell lamp, which was then molded with silicone. Then a wax version was created and cast in silver. My current research has touched on the collecting of organic objects, our relationships to these objects, and the preservation of organic materials and spaces.
