This project pushes us to reconsider the objects we use every day; to cherish the materials and artifacts in our lives, and to cherish the natural environment, lives, and resources around us. Though inanimate, objects carry our memory, the relationship between people, as well as the meanings of lives and act as a testament to our existence.
Materials: Enamel, enamel paint, overglaze, silver, nickel, xiangyun silk, silk thread
Dimensions: Approximately 4 x 4 x 1/2 inches including custom black silk pillow backing
