We Survived

Artist bio: I am a Chicago artist who began her career in arts by earning a degree in Fine Arts in India. My time spent living in Japan, China & America has influenced my jewelry designs. I started working in silver in 2004, but since then have branched out by incorporating different metals in my jewelry.
I find inspiration in the world around me; shapes, doors, buildings, colors, frames. You name it, everything has potential to be turned into jewelry.

The uncertain times and the myriad of emotions we dealt with, without giving up hope, was the inspiration for this piece.

Each link has an emotion or activity that helped us through our COVID journey.

We cried, we baked, discovered new hobbies, watched endless hours of entertainment which would not have been possible without the hope of light at the end of the tunnel.
