Date of Creation: May 8, 2023

List of Materials: Copper, Green Patina

Dimensions: 7.25 inches x 8.6 inches x 5.7 inches

Photographer's Name: Zhouyang Lyu

Conceptual Statement: I repeatedly cut, combine and refabricate forms in search of building something new and unexpected, while also retaining the function of the original object. This teapot is versatile and dynamic, where each angle presents a new composition, sense of movement and interest. Influenced by post-modern design and architecture, the natural green patina brings the object back down to earth.
