Inspired by the bays along the beautiful north coast of Cornwall, this ring holds a piece of one in its heart. Silver tendrils of seaweed and bubbles suspend a found Cornish sea stone over a pool of shimmering ocean-colored enamels and fused glass beads with a subtle texture reminiscent of fish scales. The kiln-fired enamel is on copper with silver foil and wire accents; the tab setting is handpierced sterling silver with an unusual, pinch-free adjustable double band.

Navah Langmeyer creates artwork with the colors, textures, and structures of enamels and cold connections, experimenting with techniques and methods in her minimal home studio. She’s inspired by her mathematical background, her love for water and plants, and regularly incorporates modularity and movement into pieces for body adornment and display.
