My work comes from a love of crafting and telling stories. I grew up with my nose in a book, enthralled by the worlds and characters contained within the pages, and wishing I could step into their realm. I now seek to capture that same level of whimsy and magic within my own work. Whether it’s a metallic pelt of a chimeric creature, or a cloud drift spun into a ring, I’d like to infuse a little bit of wonder into mundanity. I am first and foremost a storyteller; I just write in metal instead of ink.

This shoulder brooch is based on the idea of a phoenix being consumed by its flames.

I am a jewelry artist based in Savannah, GA, where I obtained a BFA in Jewelry from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2021. My work comes from a fascination with the ties between adornment and its relation to personal narrative and expression. In that vein, I use jewelry as a way to communicate and connect with people.
