My practice is focused on singular works of jewelry that draw both inspiration and materials from the surrounding environment, the prairie landscape of Eastern Kansas. The vast open sky and endless plains at once hostile yet possessing an extreme raw beauty create a space for contemplation and introspection of both the environment and of oneself.
