My work is primarily focused on wearable art jewelry; that has a functional purpose while conveying conceptual narratives. I often use metal wire to create architectural-geometric structures. These structures are housings for the centerpieces of my work, which include close-personal items, found objects, and vitreous enameled pieces.

Bio
Anna Lyon is an emerging artist having recently received her B.F.A. in Jewelry/Metalsmithing from University of Kansas. Her work has been in juried exhibits such as the Enamelist Society’s 2019 Online Student Exhibition and the 52nd Smokey Hills Art Competition. Currently she is focusing on further developing conceptual ideas in wearable pieces.
